Arc 05 was built on a simple idea — that not every bathroom should be defined by metal. The form is a soft sweeping curve that rises, hooks over, and tapers into a waterfall outlet. Finished in deep pearl white, it reads as something between a fixture and a piece of small sculpture.

The white finish is the design choice. Against dark stone counters, marble, or natural wood, it creates a contrast that metal fixtures cannot. Against light interiors, it softens into the palette. The result is a basin mixer that adapts to the room around it while quietly defining the room's character.

01 — The Form

A single, sweeping curve.

The silhouette is the design. A curved arm rises from the deck, hooks gracefully forward, and finishes in a tapered waterfall outlet — drawn as one continuous gesture. The geometry is borrowed from natural forms: a wave, a bird in flight, a brushstroke held in motion. Nothing is decorative, but everything is shaped.

The pearl white finish is intentionally chosen. White amplifies the curve's silhouette in a way metal cannot — it removes reflection and lets the form itself become the focal point. The lever is positioned subtly at the base, finished in matched white, allowing the curve to remain visually uninterrupted.

• Single-lever control. Hot, cold, and pressure managed with one handle, finished in matched pearl white.
• Single-hole deck mount. Designed for standard bathroom basins. Clean installation, no exposed plumbing.
• Ceramic disc cartridge. Engineered for half a million open and close cycles without drip or play in the handle.

03 — The Material

Solid brass. Pearl white finish.

• Body — Solid brass core, lead-free certified for potable water
• Finish — Pearl white baked enamel, multi-layer applied for depth and durability
• Cartridge — Ceramic disc, rated for 500,000 open and close cycles
• Supply lines — Stainless steel braided, pre-installed
• Aerator — Waterfall flat-flow, water-saving (1.2 GPM / 4.5 LPM)

The pearl white finish is built through a multi-layer baked enamel process — applied, cured at high temperature, sealed, and inspected. Unlike metal-finish PVD coatings, enamel develops its character through layering. The result is a deep, uniform white with subtle warmth, resistant to chipping, staining, and yellowing over years of daily use.

How to live with it.

Care. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth after use to maintain the clarity of the white finish. For mineral deposits or soap residue, use a mild soap solution and dry with a microfiber. Avoid bleach, abrasive scrubbers, acidic cleaners, or scouring pads — the enamel is durable but is best cared for like fine ceramic.

Installation. Designed for standard single-hole bathroom basins with under-counter access. Most installations take 25 to 40 minutes with basic tools. The guide is written for someone doing this for the first time — but professional installation is always an option.
