Form 10 began with a question — what if you could see the water as part of the faucet, not just what comes out of it? The answer is a basin mixer built around a circular disc of thick tempered glass, paired with a polished chrome lever and base.

Water rises through the center of the column and spreads across the glass surface before cascading off the edge in a thin, mesmerising sheet. The fixture and the water become a single moving design element — slowly shifting throughout the day as light passes through the disc.

01 — The Form

Sculpted in glass and metal.

The body is intentionally restrained — a clean chrome column and a slim cylindrical lever. The visual centerpiece is the disc itself, hand-cut from thick tempered glass and polished to a smooth flat finish. The disc sits parallel to the basin, catching light from above and reflecting it onto the surrounding stone or porcelain.

When the lever opens, water flows up through the column, spreads across the glass, and falls over the rim in a continuous waterfall. The visual effect is what sells most fixtures from a showroom. Form 10 brings it to the home.

The glass disc is the soul of this fixture. Cut from 8mm tempered glass — the same material grade used in modern shower enclosures and architectural panels — it is engineered to resist thermal shock, impact, and the daily wear of water flow. The polished chrome column is built on a solid brass core and finished by electroplating for depth and longevity. With proper care, both materials hold their finish for years.

06 — Care & Installation

How to live with it.

Care. Wipe the glass disc with a soft, damp cloth after use to maintain its clarity. For mineral deposits, use a mild soap solution and dry with a microfiber. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, bleach, or acidic cleaners on either the glass or the chrome. The included cleaning cloth is designed for the glass surface.

Installation. Designed for standard single-hole bathroom basins with under-counter access. Because the glass disc is the visual focal point, ensure your vanity has enough vertical clearance for the fixture and adequate light to showcase the disc. Most installations take 25 to 40 minutes with basic tools. Handle the glass disc with care during install. Professional installation is recommended for those uncomfortable working around glass components.
