Form 08 was built around a simple frustration — that most beautifully designed bathroom faucets stop being useful the moment you try to wash your hair, clean the basin, or rinse a face cloth properly. So we asked the opposite question. What if a basin mixer could be sculptural and practical, without compromise on either?
The result is Form 08. A clean architectural body in brushed steel with a hidden pull-out spray head that extends nearly two feet. Two flow modes for different tasks. Quiet operation. Functional depth that reveals itself the moment you start using it.
01 — The Form
Clean lines, hidden function.
The body is intentionally restrained — a vertical riser, a horizontal spout, a single confident lever. From the front, it reads as a quiet, architectural basin mixer that belongs in any considered bathroom.
What you don't see is the engineering inside. The spout head detaches and extends on a braided hose, transforming the faucet from a static fixture into something flexible without changing how it looks when not in use. The seamless integration is the design.
02 — The Function
Two modes, real utility.
- Pull-out sprayer. The spray head detaches and extends on a flexible braided hose — wash hair, rinse the basin, fill containers beyond the basin edge.
- Two flow modes. Toggle between a focused aerated stream and a wider pressure spray — controlled with a single button on the spray head.
- Single-lever mixer. Hot, cold, and pressure managed with one hand.
- Magnetic dock return. The spray head returns cleanly to its seat every time — no drift, no slack, no manual adjustment.
- Single-hole deck mount. Designed for standard bathroom basins. Clean installation, no exposed plumbing.

SUS304 stainless steel is the same grade used in commercial kitchens and surgical instruments — chosen here because it doesn't corrode, doesn't stain, and doesn't need replacing. 06 — Care & Installation
How to live with it.
Care. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth in the direction of the brushing. For mineral buildup around the spray head, rub gently with a soft brush and a mild soap solution. Avoid bleach, abrasive pads, or acidic cleaners — the steel is durable, but the brushed grain is what makes it beautiful.
Installation. Designed for standard single-hole bathroom basins. Most installations take 25 to 40 minutes with basic tools. The guide is written for someone doing this for the first time — but professional installation is always an option.
